These projects are examples of my college education, displaying an understanding of architectural design, combined with an understanding of construction management and structural engineering principles.

Various array of programs and projects were implemented. Some projects required multiple team members, whearas others were completed solely by myself

Brookhaven Highway Dept.

Suffolk County asked our class to prepare as-built plans of their facilities for fire suppression systems. These plans were necessary for the Fire Chief, for future plans and code implementation.

Construction Design project

Junior year of college, the Construction Design class was asked to design a home for Suffolk County. During the design, the project had to adhere to the building code, with an understanding of mechanical and electrical systems

Design III

The class demonstrates the introduction of presentation drawings for clients with various program requirements. A home near the shore was designed, followed by a multi-unit building complex.

Design IV

Design IV's program consisted of a community center. The site was on a corner lot with 2 large open spaces of a gymnasium and a swimming pool. The building was to follow local zoning ordinances and building code requirements.

Design V

this Capstone class was an integration of all architectural principles, Construction process, and structural understanding of the building envelope. The project program was a Police Headquarters Building located in the town of Southold. The stressed a 15% square footage adjustment to all spaces, and adhering to the local zoning and International building code.
